EinleitungFür die kommende Wintersaison suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Receptionsteams eine motivierte und charmante Persönlichkeit. Ihre Aufgaben Check-In und Check-Out An- und Abreisen vorbereiten Betreuung der Gäste sowie Organisation individueller Gästewünsche selbständiges Inkasso Korrespondenz/Rechnungen verfassen und versenden enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen Reklamationsbehandlung Abrechnungen der Restaurants entgegennehmen und kontrollieren Wir bietenEine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit im dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld Angenehmes Arbeitsklima in einem motivierten, jungen Team Arbeiten in einem der bekanntesten Schweizer Ferienorte Vergünstigungen im F&B Verpflegung im Mitarbeiterrestaurant Personalunterkunft nach Verfügbarkeit / Behilflich bei der Wohnungssuche

• Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der 4-5* Hotellerie • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Online Portale, MS Office und Fidelio) • Sehr freundliches, souveränes Auftreten • Gewandte Umgangsformen • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft mit Herz und Charme • Teamfähig, Flexibel und Belastbar • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
