Deine Aufgaben: • Vor- und Nachbereitung von stattfindenden Events u.a. Aufgeben von Bestellungen, Materialüberprüfung, Vorbereitung von Speisekarten, Tischplänen • Empfang, Betreuung und Verabschiedung unserer Gäste • Beratung bzgl. des Speise- und Getränkeangebotes • Unterstützung der Servicekräfte im Tagesablauf in der Bar THE VIEW oder im VEN Restaurant • Erstellen von Dienstplänen • Einarbeitung und Einweisung von Auszubildenden, neuen MitarbeiterInnen sowie Aushilfen • Erstellung von Abrechnungen und Tagesabschlüssen Dein Profil: • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Tourismus • erste Führungserfahrungen • Kenntnisse bei der Betreuung von Veranstaltungen von Vorteil • Gastgebermentalität • Kommunikationsstärke & Fremdsprachenkenntnisse u.a. in Englisch, Spanisch • Spaß im Umgang mit Gästen • Organisationstalent & selbstständig • Gute Umgangsformen • Flexibilität und Teamgeist
