Restaurant Manager

Mision Controlar y supervisar su sector de responsabilidad (Bar o Restaurante) y las tareas a realizar de atención al cliente/a. Tareas y Responsabilidades OFRECER EL MAYOR ESTANDAR DE SERVICIO A LOS/LAS HUESPEDES § Mise en Place: colaborar en la preparación y limpieza del puesto de trabajo y del material e instalaciones. § Colabora en la realización del servicio que se le haya asignado con especial atención al cliente/a. § Desbarase del servicio y limpieza del puesto. § Preparación del siguiente servicio. § Funciones de cajero (bienvenida al cliente, gestión de caja/tpv, despedida del cliente/a). En el caso de actuar como Responsable de Bar, además de las funciones descritas realizará también las siguientes tareas: § Gestionar el servicio de sala del Bar. § Establecer el correspondiente planning de actividades a realizar por el personal a su cargo. § Ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable la venta, distribución y servicio de bebidas en el bar, así como la preparación de cocteles. § Preparar todo tipo de bebidas, diferentes tipos de cocteles y bebidas combinadas. § Examinar y controlar las existencias de mercancías. En el caso de actuar como Responsable de Restaurante, además de las funciones descritas realizará también las siguientes tareas: § Asumir el servicio del restaurante. § Cuidar que el área del restaurante este siempre en orden colaborando con los otros departamentos siempre que su trabajo se lo permita. § Dominar a la perfección el servicio directo y desde mesa auxiliar. § Transmitir a su equipo sus conocimientos, haciendo de ellos unos perfectos colaboradores. § Informar al cliente sobre la confección de los distintos platos de la carta. § Aconsejar sobre la carta de vinos. § Gestionar y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo del servicio.
