A sua missão será:

Liderar, inspirar e desenvolver uma equipa de alta performance, garantindo um serviço de excelência que antecipa e supera as expectativas dos nossos hóspedes.
Ser o principal embaixador(a) da Unidade, personificando os valores de hotelaria upscale, história e hospitalidade.
Gerir estrategicamente todas as áreas de negócio, desde a operação hoteleira, garantindo o cumprimento de elevados padrões de qualidade e otimizando resultados.

Experiência consolidada como Unit Manager, preferencialmente com conhecimento de marcas internacionais como a SLH.
Um(a) líder carismático(a) com uma paixão contagiante pela arte de bem receber.
Forte visão comercial e financeira, com foco em objetivos operacionais e cumprimento de metas orçamentais.
Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e um talento natural para criar relações com hóspedes, parceiros e com a equipa.
Fluência em Português e Inglês.
