Most of our hotels are three- and four-star properties, created to offer confidence, comfort and a close, personal approach in every stay. We are currently the second company with the most hotel beds in the Balearic Islands and the first in number of owned hotels. Our goal has always been to grow sustainably, maintaining a solid company with tradition and the ability to convey trust both to our guests and to everyone who is part of this project.

Caramelo Hotels
Caramelo Hotels was born in 2025 in Mallorca, under Globales Hotels. Today we manage 3 hotels between Mallorca and Menorca, each designed to celebrate Mediterranean hospitality, relaxation and fun. Our adults-only three- and four-star hotels are designed to find the sweet spot: that perfect balance where calm and energy meet, creating an exclusive yet always warm and accessible atmosphere. Today we are 250 people who choose Caramelo Hotels.
