Job description
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Engineering Administrative you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth daily operations, and facilitating communication between teams and departments. This role involves organizing schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks to help maintain the hotel’s high standards.
As Engineering Administrative, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the Engineering Department.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update department records and files.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the Engineering Manager.
- Monitor and order office supplies for the department.
- Support in scheduling maintenance tasks and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Assist with project tracking and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
