Wir suchen jemanden für die Position: payroll specialist / accounting supervisor 60% - 100% (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Human Recources Schlüsselrolle beim payroll Prozess sowie bei der Gestaltung der Abläufe und Strukturen in einem kleinem HR Team Selbstständige Betreuung der gesamten Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt Abwicklung von Anstellungen, Bewilligungen sowie An- und Abmeldungen bei Behörden und Sozialversicherungen Lohnadministration inklusive Lohnverarbeitung, Mutationen, Quellensteuer, Familienzulagen sowie Krankheits- und Unfalltaggeld Erste Anlaufstelle im Hotel für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei administrativen Frage Finanzen & Administration Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement Kontrolle und Abstimmung der täglichen Kassen- und Tagesabschlüsse Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen Sie erwartet:. ein topmotiviertes, junges Team moderner Arbeitsplatz zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen gemäss L-GAV Unterkunft je nach Bedarf und Verfügbarkeit im Mitarbeiterzimmer Weltbekannte Bergdestination mit vielseitigen Winter- & Sommerangeboten im Herzen des Berner Oberlandes

Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
