Your Tasks:
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As our Front Office Agent*, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Your tasks include:
Guests satisfaction as the most important task
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls/mails
Register and check guests in
Close guest accounts and check guests out
Inform guests of the hotel rates and services
Process accurate payment of guest accounts
Complete and maintain any incident reports
Listen and respond to guest queries
Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
Night shifts are also part of it
Your Personality:
Proven work experience as a receptionist
Solid written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
Computer skills
PMS Skills, preferrable with OPERA
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure
Customer service attitude
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
