Job description
Vivicostravel is an important tour operator based in Rome near the Vatican Area. We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Product Specialist who is highly reliable, detail-oriented and experienced in managing tourism products, reservations and booking platforms, OTAS; with accuracy and professionalism. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience tourism official and reseller booking platforms for major monuments Museums with a strong understanding of group regulations, guided vs. non-guided slots, cancellation policies and release deadlines. The work is based on 5 days a week and it is base on shift. We require very good english (C1) spoken and written and a second language like French- Spanish or french is welcome. The work is in presence.
