Job description

 Open and management of travel files;  Designing and developing Itineraries according to customer profiles;  Provision to customers with detailed Travel Information and advice by phone or email;  Negotiating for services with vendors;  Costing and pricing of tour packages, converting these to bookings;  Developing website tours content;  Making tours, transportation, and accommodation reservations;  High level of Responsibility and Confidentiality;  Documentation procedures;  Manage travel files independently;  Coordination of several travel services;  Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades;  Offering excellent customer service and dealing with constraints calmly and diplomatically Sales and marketing
