Experience in the Front Office department
open minded & always striving for the best guest experience
A passionate host that not only brings skills but also personality
A team- player with hands on mentality
A communicator & organizer and team-player
Fluent in English, good Spanish knowledge & German knowledge is a plus
Striving in a multicultural, young & energetic team

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
Stay cool – even if all guests arrive at the same time for check-in or check-out
Ensure smooth and seamless processes together with the team members in your shift
Be a host: exceeding guests needs and expectations, make them feel in paradise
Prepare and end the shift with a tidy Front Office
Reporting directly to Front Office Manager and Front Office Shiftleader
Be informed and share the information with your team members and management
