MISSION
As a Front Office Intern, you will support the daily operations of the front desk while gaining hands-on experience in customer service within a luxury hospitality environment. You'll work closely with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn how to handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Help ensure proper service for VIP arrivals and support upselling initiatives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving guest service.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Learn and apply brand standards and service protocols.
Contribute to creating personalized experiences by anticipating guest needs.
Support the team in handling guest incidents and escalate when necessary.
Promote the hotel's Sensory Architecture, services, events, and experiences.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Experience: Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and interest in hotel operations and guest relations.
