This position is aimed to be part of the development team, belonging to the Building, Engineering and Maintenance Department, in charge of providing technical support and strategical consultancy to the company in relation to its expansion needs
You will be involved in early stages of Real Estate and architectural projects in hospitality across Europe and America, collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, while contributing to a key strategical area.
What will you do?
Analysis and preliminary functional drafts of architectural hotel projects, reporting internally and to Assets and Expansion and Operations departments
Provide strategical consultancy in the early stages of hospitality projects
Provide support for refurbishment and rebranding cost estimations
Technical due diligence of existing assets
Provide support for technical clauses negotiation in hospitality contracts
Coordinate technical tasks and needs with other departments inside Minor Hotels Europe and Americas.
What are we looking for?
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years working experience is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in architecture
Fluency in English and Spanish, Italian is desirable, other languages are valuable.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Autocad, Acrobat professional, other software as Revit or any other BIM program, Photoshop, etc is valuable)
Hospitality sector knowledge, experience in other hotel chains or architecture offices developing hospitality projects is desired.
Knowledge in urban regulation / planning processes.
Real estate development knowledge / experience.
Be accustomed to work with technical regulations

Will report internally in the area to Development technical director
