Your main mission will be: to report to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the Financial management: Supervising all the hotel's financial activities, including cash flow, bank reconciliations and profitability analyses. Your main functions will be: - Preparation of financial reports: Ensuring accuracy in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, in line with regulatory requirements - Budget and planning: Participating in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts and monitoring results - Cost control: Analysing and controlling the hotel's operating costs, identifying opportunities to improve financial efficiency - Compliance and auditing: Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory standards, supervising internal and external audits - Interdepartmental collaboration: Working closely with other departments to provide financial information that supports strategic decisions - Establish and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement - Develop the investment plan - Define the general conditions for implementing financial policies and control their execution - Analyzing contracts with suppliers, partners and other external companies on legal aspects and compliance rules - Responsible of Procurement department and Warehouse - Reporting to the headoffice and owning company - Assist the General Manager in the strategic financial decisions What you will love about us! - Complimentary access to a multifaceted Wellness Platform in the care of mental well-being inspiring human growth. - Continuous learning and development opportunities to provide you with a clear career path as well as job promotion opportunities across Hyatt Hotels worldwide.
