Job Description

Le principali RESPONSABILITA' attribuite alla risorsa:- Oversee all F&B services, focusing on the Michelin-starred restaurant. - Act as brand ambassador, nurturing strong guest relationships. - Curate the wine list, manage the cellar, and execute expert pairings. - Train, guide and inspire a team of 6 to deliver excellence and cohesion. - Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy and innovation. - Ensure compliance with SLH, Forbes, hygiene and brand standards. Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Sin experiencia
Professional Category: Executive
Residence Permit: Indiferente
- Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, preferably within 5*L hotels.
- Sommelier certification or strong wine knowledge.
- Dedication to luxury service, precision and guest satisfaction.
- Natural leader with hands-on approach and collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in English and Italian; German or French is a plus.
- Swiss or EU work permit, or eligibility to obtain one.
