We’re Hiring! Join Our Free Walking Tours Team Reservations & Operations Manager — Remote Position Are you organised, analytical, and passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences? At Take Free Tours, we bring cities to life through engaging and authentic Free Walking Tours. In 2025, we welcomed around 500,000 travellers across Portugal — and we’re looking for a motivated Reservations & Operations Manager to help us keep every tour running smoothly and every guest experience exceptional. What You’ll Be Doing As part of our operations team, you will play a key role in the daily coordination of our tours, guides, bookings, and customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing reservations and booking platforms; Confirming attendance and adjusting tour capacity; Coordinating schedules and guide allocations; Supporting customers and guides with clear, friendly, and efficient communication; Updating reports and monitoring guide performance; Helping ensure every tour runs smoothly from start to finish; What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several tasks at the same time. The ideal candidate has: A university degree; 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory!); Other languages are a plus; Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail; A structured, organised, and methodical approach to work; Great communication skills and empathy; A customer-focused mindset; A results-driven attitude and interest in business performance; Availability to work weekends. This is a remote position, with fixed days off either Thursday and Friday or Monday and Tuesday.
