Assistant Outlet Manager | ERRE & Urrechu Spanish Restaurant - Gran Melia Jakarta

We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operation of our restaurant and bar outlets. Working closely with the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain high service standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and daily operation of the restaurant and bar.
• Coordinate staff duties, shifts and service to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, motivate and train the team in service standards, product knowledge and procedures.
• Ensure the quality, presentation and consistency of food and beverage service.
• Assist with menu planning, promotions, events and special outlet set-ups.
• Provide excellent guest service, handle feedback and promote hotel facilities and products.
• Support stock control, ordering, cash handling, POS operation and budget targets.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, presentation and equipment across the outlets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety, hygiene and sustainability procedures.
• Support team development, recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or resort.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and bar operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Guest-focused, commercially aware and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling and stock control.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and additional languages are an advantage.
