Duties and Responsibilities As Payroll & HR Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: • Manage and coordinate the full employment administration cycle, including new joiners, contracts, contract amendments, seasonal recalls, promotions, departures and terminations. • Ensure all employment documentation, contracts and Host records are accurately reviewed, processed, uploaded and maintained in Factorial and other relevant systems. • Coordinate payroll incidences and information to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, overtime, part-time schedules, settlements, salary advances, back payments and other approved payments. • Maintain accurate salary, payroll, cost centre and Host data, including payroll codes, departmental allocations and other relevant payroll records. • Manage and coordinate administrative processes related to temporary incapacity, work accidents, maternity/paternity leave, settlements, garnishments and other employment-related matters. • Act as a key point of contact for Hosts and departmental representatives regarding payroll, contracts and employment administration, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries. • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Assistant Director of Human Resources and the wider HR leadership team on HR processes, documentation, reporting, projects and operational matters. • Support HR projects, initiatives and departmental activities as required, contributing to the efficient operation of the Human Resources department. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting and communication. • Actively support and promote the Six Senses culture, values and operating pillars, contributing to a positive and engaging Host experience. • Support the planning, coordination and implementation of Mission Wellness activities and Host engagement initiatives, encouraging participation and wellbeing across the property. • Participate in and support Host events, celebrations, recognition activities and other HR initiatives that strengthen connection, culture and engagement. • Promote effective communication and collaboration across departments, contributing to a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment. • Ensure all payroll, employment and Host information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism. • Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, company policies, internal procedures and Six Senses standards. • Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date payroll and HR documentation at all times. Provide support on any additional HR, payroll, administrative or operational duties and projects assigned by the Assistant Director of Human Resources or Regional Director of Human Resources – Europe. Qualification To execute the position of Payroll & HR Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, with proven results, including: • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Labour Relations or a related discipline. A degree or diploma from a recognized hospitality, business or finance school is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Payroll, Human Resources, Finance or administrative role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment. • Good knowledge of Spanish payroll processes and labour administration, including employment contracts, payroll incidences, overtime, temporary incapacity, maternity/paternity leave, terminations and settlements. • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities and confidential processes simultaneously. • Proficient use of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with strong Excel skills being an advantage. • Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English. Additional languages are considered an advantage. • Must hold the legal right to work in Spain. A valid EU/EEA passport or appropriate visa/work permit is required where applicable.
