Front Office Manager

We are looking for a Front Office Manager (Pre-Opening Team) for one of our upcoming hotels in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. What will you be responsible for? • Leading the pre-opening setup of the Front Office department, including procedures, standards, and team structure. • Recruiting, training and developing the Front Office team to ensure excellent service delivery from day one. • Supervising daily Front Desk operations (check-in, check-out, guest relations), ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. • Implementing operational processes, systems and tools in line with company standards. • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. • Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to ensure smooth hotel operations. • Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance metrics of the Front Office department. What are we looking for? • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Front Office leadership role, ideally with pre-opening experience. • Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, procedures and hotel management systems (PMS). • Fluent English (mandatory) and Dutch highly valued; additional languages like Spanish are a plus. • Leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Education in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
