Be the point of reference for both guests and team members — anticipating needs, solving challenges, and keeping the service flow smooth. Know our menu and wine list like the back of your hand, guiding guests with passion and authenticity.  Mentor and support waiters and runners, fostering teamwork and making sure every detail — from service timing to table presentation — is on point.
