We are looking for a Head Waiter to join our Lifestyle Dining Division for our seasonal hiring in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role involves overseeing a section of the dining area, coordinating with the kitchen and other service staff, and delivering high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the service team during operations.
- Ensure top-tier guest experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate table setups, reservations, and guest seating efficiently.
- Support training and mentoring of junior staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Uphold brand image and service excellence.
