EinleitungWir suchen zur Ergänzung unseres Front Office Teams : Front Office / Guest Relations / Reservation - 100% als Ganzjahresstelle (365 Tage / Jahr geöffnetes Hotel) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Ihre Aufgaben Als 4**** Resort mit mehreren Hotelgebäuden, Ferienwohnungen, mehreren Restaurants und einem 3*** Hotel, sind die Anforderung an vernetztes Denken, organisiertes Arbeiten und Multitasking gefordert. Die zentrale Reception ist Anlaufstelle für bis zu 300 Gäste, 60 Mitarbeiter, Reisebüros und viele mehr. Aufgaben am Front Desk wie Check-In, Check-Out und die Gästebetreuung und auch im Backoffice mit der Reservation, Debitorenverwaltung und Reisebüroverträgen sind zu erledigen. Je nach eigenen Stärken bietet es sich an, eigene Projekte zu übernehmen und bei Eigeninitiative auch neue Projekte zu initiieren. (Homepage, Gästefeedback…...) Wir bieten- abwechslungsreiche Arbeit in einem jungen Team - familiengeführtes Hotel - 2 Freitage pro Woche auch während der Saison - ganzes Jahr geöffnetes Hotel - Selbständige Projekte / Verantwortungsbereiche (je nach eigenen Stärken) - faire Entlöhnung - Personalstudios bei Bedarf vorhanden
Requirements
• Freude an Arbeit in Tourismus und Hotellerie • Freundlicher und offener Umgang mit internationalen Gästen • Zuverlässig, organisiert und selbständig (eigene Schichten und eigene Verantwortungsbereiche) • Mehrsprachig (D & E zwingend, weitere Sprache sind erwünscht)
