Alm Aktivhotel****S in bester LageWir, die Hinteregger Hotels Katschberg, brauchen für unsere Reservierungszentrale in Seeboden Verstärkung. Hier laufen alle Buchungen und Gästeanfragen unserer 7 Betriebe zusammen: 4 Hotels am Katschberg A-9863, 1 Lodgedorf am Katschberg A-9863, 1 Hotel in Spittal an der Drau A-9800, 1 Appartementhaus in Novigrad (HR – Istrien) sowie ein Villendorf Sveti Lovreč (HR – Istrien). Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und Servicegedanken. Ab sofort MITARBEITERIN IN DER RESERVIERUNGSZENTRALE (M/W/D) AUFGABENTelefonische & schriftliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Individualgästen und Gruppen Angebotslegung sowie Nachverfolgung der Angebote Abwicklung von Direktbuchungen, Buchungen über Reisebüros laut Vertrag, Buchungen über OTA's (Booking.com, HRS, Expedia... ) Korrekte Pflege von Preisen & Konditionen im Hotelprogramm Protel Pflege der Gästekartei inkl. Erfassung von Gästewünschen Hotelkorrespondenz über den Korrespondenzmanager von Brandnamic Gutscheinmanagement & Bearbeitung von Prospektanfragen Kontrolle und Verbuchung von Anzahlungen Debitorenmanagement & Mahnwesen Kreditkartenkontrolle BENEFITSArbeitsplatz direkt am Millstättersee Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und zentrale Lage Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem stabilen Familienunternehmen Mitarbeit in der zentralen Reservierung für mehrere Betriebe Ermäßigungen bei Ski- & Bergbahntickets Vergünstigungen bei Kosmetik- und Spa-Behandlungen in unseren Betrieben Geregelte Dienstpläne mit abwechselnd freien Wochenenden Bezahlung: EUR 1.770 – 1.900 netto (Basis 40 Std./Woche) Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich
Requirements
• Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und am Arbeiten im Team • Strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Organisationsstärke und Zahlenverständnis • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Erfahrung im Tourismus bzw. in der Reservierung von Vorteil • Kenntnisse in Protel, Feratel oder Brandnamic von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
