Requirements
• Experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations • A strong passion for gastronomy and creativity for new ideas and concepts • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
