EinleitungWir suchen DICH! Suchst Du noch ein Praktikum in der Hotellerie? Front of House - Rezeption / Reservierung oder Service oder Küche? Möchtest Du nur einen ersten Eindruck, eine Art Ferienjob oder brauchst Du X Wochen/Monate für Deine Matura oder Studium? Wir suchen motivierte und charmante Praktikanten/ Praktikantinnen. Uns ist wichtig, dass Du ein gepflegtes Äusseres und Interesse an der Hotellerie hast. Die Fähigkeit- rasch zu lernen und das Gelernte umzusetzen. Dass Du sicher in den Sprachen Deutsch bist, wäre super, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil der für Dich spricht. Ihre AufgabenEs ist keine Berufserfahrung nötig, nur Interesse zu lernen und das Gelernte anzuwenden. Bei uns bekommst Du Einblicke in: nach Absprache, zB Rezeption: Check In & Check out Betreuung der Gäste, Wanderungen etc. empfehlen Anreise und Abreise-Kontrolle Dem Arbeitsbereich entsprechende Organisatorische-Arbeiten nach Absprache, zB Restaurant: Vorbereitung (Mise en place) des Restaurant für den Morgen und Abend-Service Bedienen & Betreuung der Gäste, die richtigen Techniken dazu Einblicke in die Organisation (Tischplan, Dienstplan, Inventur, Stationen einteilen) nach Absprache, zB Küche: Mithilfe bei der Menüvorbereitung Mithilfe bei alle Reinigungsarbeiten Anrichten der Speisen Unterstützung der Frühstücksköche und im Abendservice Dem Arbeitsbereich entsprechende Organisatorische-Arbeiten Wir bietenWir bieten an: Sehr guten Praktikanten Lohn Sehr viel und wichtiges Wissen für Deine Zukunft Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit.
