Introductionll Relais Castello di Morcote è un design hotel di charme con 12 camere, una diversa dall'altra ricavate dalla ristrutturazione di un edificio del XVI sec. I nostri ospiti scoprono un mondo unico nel suo genere in tutto il Ticino, a contatto con la bellezza della natura circostante e della Tenuta vitivinicola Castello di Morcote. Per la nuova stagione 2026 assumiamo: Receptionist, occupazione 80 - 100% dal 1.3.2026 al 31.12.2026 Compiti:Check in / check out degli ospiti Gestione delle prenotazioni Assistenza e consulenza ai nostri ospiti internazionali ed esigenti Gestione cortese ed efficiente delle richieste e dei reclami degli ospiti Controllo generale della pulizia negli spazi pubblici come camere, sala thé e salone. Amministrazione diversi. Requirements
• Candidata domiciliata • Formazione completa nel settore alberghiero • Esperienza consolidata quale ricezionista in una struttura ricettiva turistica • Lingua madre italiano o tedesco con buone conoscenze linguistiche (I/D/E) • Tedesco almeno livello C1 • Motivazione, entusiasmo, flessibilità • Senso di responsabilità e capacità a lavorare in maniera indipendente • Spirito di squadra ed empatia verso gli ospiti ed i colleghi • Sensibilità alla qualità e orientamento al servizio • Disponibilità e flessibilità a lavorare a turni, anche nei fine settimane e nei giorni festivi • Luogo di lavoro: Vico Morcote
