Mamma Tiramisú is a specialty dessert shop in the heart of Barcelona's Sant Pere neighbourhood, dedicated to bringing authentic Italian tiramisú to the city — enriched with modern and exotic twists. We combine Italian tradition with creative innovation, one spoon at a time. Available in-store and on Glovo and Uber Eats, we're a growing brand on a mission to scale. We're looking for an experienced shop manager to lead daily operations and a team of 5. You'll be hands-on — serving customers, training staff, and driving sales performance — while also owning the strategic and organisational work that helps the shop grow. Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate a team of 5, including scheduling and shift management - Train, onboard, and develop team members to hit service and sales standards - Oversee day-to-day operations, ingredient quality control, and store presentation - Drive revenue growth and ensure monthly sales targets are met - Identify and execute process improvements and strategic initiatives Requirements: - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management role in F&B or retail - Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a small team - Sales-driven mindset — comfortable with targets and performance-based compensation - Strong operational skills: scheduling, stock control, daily ops - Spanish and English mandatory; any additional language (Italian, Catalan, etc.) is a plus
