What is the selection process like?
+Our selection process is agile and transparent. It usually starts with an initial call with the People & Culture team, followed by an interview with the department manager. Finally, we conduct a last interview with the person responsible for selection to assess the final fit. Throughout the process we strive to maintain close and clear communication at each stage.
What sustainability measures does Yurbban implement?
+Sustainability is part of our DNA. We work with local suppliers, minimise food waste, use renewable energy, eliminate single-use plastics, have recycling programmes, and constantly train the team in sustainable practices.
