We opened CASCARA to create the kind of Café we had always looked for — simple food made from scratch, with good coffee and real ingredients. Fresh bread every morning, fresh milk from the Azores, handmade pastries, and light, comforting meals. We decorated the space with things we love: pieces with history, carefully selected to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere with soul. Neighbours know us. Travellers find us. CASCARA Coffee Shop, a beautiful and vibrant café in the heart of Ponta Delgada, is looking for talented and passionate Chefs and Pastry and/or Baker Chefs to join our team to evolve our project.
