Our multi-national Customer Service team is based in the charming village of Torroella de Montgrí on the beautiful Costa Brava, and provides support to our customers around the world. With their help, since 2008 Suntransfers.com has grown from a startup into Europe's favourite private airport transfer company. We provide a standout choice of services and destinations ranging from VIP city transfers to low cost holiday taxis, operated from more than 500 airports and travel gateways worldwide.
-Day-to-day task planning, supervision and support of our 24/7/365 Customer Service team
-Team mentoring and orientation, helping people who might need guidance for their own career development, enhancing strengths and improving their job skills, teaching Customer Service Executives to use their skills effectively.
-Prioritising workload for the team and ensuring all work is completed on time
-Overseeing the quality of written and verbal responses by the team
-Recruitment of Customer Service Executives
-Development and delivery of training
-Management of holidays and complex shift scheduling
-Dealing with complex issues or complaints escalated by members of the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
-Planning, coordination and analysis of departmental projects and participation in interdepartmental projects
-Leading by example when performing regular Customer Service duties
What we’re looking for:
-2 years experience in a supervisor role or similar position
-Proficiency in English & Spanish. Advanced level in a third language an advantage
-Ability to prioritise workload and delegate
-Ability to inspire and act as a role model contributing to the team effort as a whole
-Great telephone negotiation skills and ability to understand, summarise and simplify situations
-Excellent communication (active listening) and problem solving skills.

Our office is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Customer Service Supervisors share rotating Day/Afternoon/Evening shifts, working five 8-hour shifts per week with two days off.
