Your mission
As Senior Sales Manager, your mission is to drive revenue growth and position Vestige Collection as a benchmark in luxury hospitality. Develop a strategic portfolio of high-value clients and partners, ensuring the right business at the right price through solid and lasting relationships. Drive a commercial strategy aligned with Vestige's values: authenticity, excellence, respect for heritage and environment, transformative experiences, and hospitality with soul.

Strategic & Commercial Planning
* Develop and implement the annual sales plan by segment, source market and client typology.
* Identify emerging luxury market opportunities and strategic alliances.
* Optimize business mix to maximize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while protecting brand positioning.
Business Development
* Build and consolidate strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia, GSOs, DMCs and tour operators.
* Represent Vestige Collection at international trade fairs, roadshows and industry reference events.
* Coordinate commercial initiatives with global and regional strategic partners.
* Operational Alignment & Governance
* Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to ensure pricing, segmentation and communication coherence.
* Supervise execution of contracts, commercial agreements and reporting compliance.
* Ensure legal, financial and contractual adherence in all commercial operations.

* Lead and develop the Sales department under Vestige’s excellence standards.
* Foster a proactive, hunter-driven commercial culture focused on high-value acquisition.
* Define and monitor KPIs, conduct performance evaluations and contribute to talent development in collaboration with HR.
