Mission: As Head Host/Hostess, you will be the face of our venue and the first impression of the guest journey. With confidence, elegance, and natural charisma, you will create memorable arrivals, build meaningful connections with our guests, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that defines the ME brand.
What You Will Do?
• Lead and coordinate the Host/Hostess team, ensuring the highest service standards.
• Create a warm, stylish, and personalized welcome experience for all guests.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, table allocations, and VIP arrivals.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests, VIP clients, influencers, and partners.
• Collaborate closely with Restaurant, Bar, and Guest Experience teams to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure an energetic and sophisticated atmosphere aligned with our luxury-lifestyle concept.
What We Are Looking For?
• Previous experience as a Head Host/Hostess or similar role within luxury hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, rooftop bars, or entertainment venues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A charismatic personality with confidence, presence, and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle, nightlife, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; additional languages will be highly valued.
