About The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Manager position to join our Front Office Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out, accurate room assignments, and seamless guest service.
Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to deliver consistent excellence.
Oversee Opera system, maintain data accuracy, control rates, and ensure SOP compliance.
Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Control departmental budget, monitor performance, and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Proven experience managing front desk operations in a 5-star hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Proficient in Opera or similar property management systems, with strong attention to accuracy and procedures.
Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on satisfaction and quality standards.
