In this senior role, you will be integral in
Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards in 3 busy outlets in our 400 bedroom property
Managing Writers Bar & lounge, Toddy's Brasserie and The Gallery Restaurant
Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Implementation and maintaining service standards.
Overseeing staff training,
Monitoring inventory and cost control
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Developing a successful partnership with the kitchen team.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
Proven minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience in large busy 4/5 star hotels
Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Hospitality qualification is desirable but not essential

Gross salary: €45,000-€50,000
Annual leave: 20 days
