Agente de Atención al Cliente
If you value how customer service should be and love interacting with people, we want to talk with you! We have an immediate opening for a customer service superstar that can handle customer inquiries and concerns with genuine compassion and positivity.
This is a temporary position for the high season between November and January.

A self-starter and can work on your own with minimum supervision
Capable of remaining calm and efficient under stress - we receive a lot of emails and inquiries during the holiday season
What you will do:
Answer all customer emails and inquiries
Respond in a kind, personal, warm way
Track orders, keep customers updated and quickly resolve any issues with orders
Ensure customers are fully satisfied
Provide new ideas and feedback to improve our customer service processes

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in communication/human resources/marketing/business
Proficient in MS Word, Google Docs, email, grammar
Proficient in English and Spanish

Full time pay, 7 hours a day
