Our Portuguese tourism company in Benagil is looking for a passionate, nature-loving tour guide to join our team for exciting kayak tours along the Algarve coast.
Mandatory Requirements:
Fluent in English (very important)
Reasonable level of Spanish
French is a big plus
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking in public (super important)
Comfortable interacting with people from different cultures
Ability to organize and lead groups
Valid driver’s license
Basic knowledge of the sea and ability to assess potential risks (super important)
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, patient, and attentive
Responsible and a team player
Physically fit and enjoys outdoor activities
