What will be your mission? 
The Brand Manager, Luxury Europe & Americas is responsible for driving brand strategy, brand performance and on-brand execution across Anantara, The Wolseley Hotels, Minor Reserve Collection and Colbert Collection across the region. In close partnership with global brand teams, this role ensures the consistent delivery and localisation of global brand strategy across both continents and will report to the Brand & Marketing Director, Luxury Europe & Americas. The Brand Manager collaborates with Operations, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Digital and Loyalty to activate brand programmes, shape brand storytelling, support new hotel launches and ensure all properties execute with exceptional fidelity to brand standards and the luxury guest experience. The Brand Manager acts as a brand guardian, ensuring the distinctive positioning, identity and guest experience of each brand is protected, elevated and expressed consistently across all touchpoints. What will you do? 
1. Brand Strategy & Brand Guardianship • Implement and localise global brand strategies for Europe & Americas. • Support development of regional annual brand plans. • Ensure clarity and consistency around each brand’s positioning, visual identity, tone of voice and guest-experience principles. • Educate regional stakeholders on brand pillars, competitive landscape and target audience insights. • Serve as brand advocate and ensure all brand decisions align with long-term equity building. 2. Brand Performance & Cross-Functional Enablement • Monitor brand performance, guest sentiment and quality benchmarks to identify actions that support regional brand and commercial goals. • Support rollout of new global brand initiatives and ensure alignment with market needs. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, Loyalty, Sales, Communications) to solve issues and elevate brand delivery. 3. Hotel Operations & Brand Experience • Maintain regular brand communication with hotel teams and Operations. • Ensure hotel teams understand and deploy brand standards and operational brand programmes. • Provide brand support for new openings, rebrands and conversions across the regions. • Participate in property immersions to ensure on-brand experience delivery. 4. Marketing, Storytelling & Brand Activation • Develop and execute regional brand marketing initiatives across digital, content, PR and offline channels. • Oversee creation of brand-aligned collateral, assets, campaigns and photography. • Partner with regional Communications teams to craft PR stories and support brand-building activations. • Support with brand-driven strategies tailored to individual hotels and business priorities. • Identify and nurture brand partnerships that elevate the guest experience and strengthen brand equity. 5. Sales Alignment & Enablement • Collaborate with regional Sales teams to ensure brand differentiation is clearly communicated. • Provide up-to-date brand education, portfolio updates and narrative tools for customer-facing teams. 6. Development & Growth Support • Support Brand & Marketing Director, Luxury EUAN with brand tools, positioning materials for owner immersions. • Provide brand guidance for potential new properties and conversions joining the luxury portfolio. • Support into concepting, branding and pre-opening positioning for new properties. What are we looking for? 
Education • University degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields. Experience • Experience in luxury hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands strongly preferred. • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, including brand strategy, activation and campaign development. • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing in a matrix organisation. • Background in working with creative, digital and communications agencies. • Familiarity with multi-market regional roles preferred. • Ability to travel frequently across Europe & Americas.
