What will be your mission? We are looking for a customer-focused, analytical and creative person with sensitivity for product and guest experience. Someone eager to learn how strategic experience projects are developed and implemented through local teams, with the ability to understand the customer journey from a global perspective. What will you do? • Experience projects guardian: collaborate with the area and business unit teams to ensure the correct implementation of ongoing projects across all hotels. • Lead small projects related to hotel experience, brand image and new services. • Support for projects involving new product & service standards for all brands (F&B, music, fragrance, amenities…). • Support for Experience and Innovation initiatives, including benchmarks, creation of presentations and graphic documentation. • Customer experience analysis: customer satisfaction tracking and consumer insights (monthly). • General competition analysis, trend analysis and quality reports (monthly). • Preparation of quarterly reports of different projects. • Digital Signage: random content review and proposal for improvements. What are we looking for? EXPERIENCE Hospitality experience is highly valued, especially roles with customer interaction such as Front Desk, Guest Relations, Guest Experience... QUALIFICATIONS • A degree in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred. Degrees in Business, Marketing, or related fields are also highly valued and considered relevant for the role • Additional specialization in Hospitality Management is highly valued. • Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). • Familiarity with AI tools. • Understanding hospitality operations and guest experience processes is a strong plus.
