Requisitos
La persona que buscamos para este puesto debe tener las siguientes cualidades:Excelentes habilidades organizativas y comunicativas en español e inglés, valorándose alemán u otros idiomas. Conocimiento y experiencia de la operativa en un entorno hotelero de lujo de 5 estrellas. Titulación mínima; Diplomatura Ciudadanía Europea Capacidad de visionar y crear objetivos claros para trasladar a otros involucrándolos. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y autónomamente con sentido claro de organización para priorización y delegación de tareas. Capacidad de resolución para coordinar y equilibrar los posibles intereses en conflicto de diferentes partes interesadas. Capacidad para escuchar, interactuar positivamente y trabajar de manera eficaz con los demás. Habilidad y capacidad para realizar actividades complejas, involucrando ideas de negocios, habilidades técnicas e interpersonales. Experiencia técnica general en contabilidad en análisis y planificación financiera.
