Versatile Full-Time Hostel Team Member Housekeeping & Night Auditor — Faro We are a top-rated boutique hostel in the heart of Faro, known for our attention to detail, warm atmosphere, and exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a versatile and reliable team member with a young and positive spirit, who enjoys working in a lively, international and modern environment, for a full-time position combining: 2 Housekeeping / Cook shifts per week 2 Night Auditor shifts per week 3 days off per week This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking responsibility across different areas of the hostel. Housekeeping Responsibilities: Cleaning and preparing dorms, private rooms, bathrooms and common areas Maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and presentation Supporting breakfast and basic kitchen preparation Preparing and baking our famous pancakes Following our cleaning procedures and daily routines Reporting maintenance issues or damages Requirements: Previous professional cleaning / housekeeping experience — mandatory Cooking and basic food preparation skills — mandatory Strong attention to detail and good organization Efficient, reliable and able to work independently Good physical condition for an active role Night Auditor Responsibilities: Welcoming guests and managing late check-ins Night reception and basic administrative tasks Assisting guests during the night Monitoring the hostel and ensuring a safe and calm environment Following night procedures and preparing the hostel for the following day Requirements: Previous Night Auditor experience — mandatory Fluent English — mandatory Comfortable working independently at night Responsible, mature and calm under pressure Good communication and basic computer skills Additional languages are a plus What We Offer Full-time position — 4 shifts per week 2 Housekeeping + 2 Night Auditor shifts 3 days off per week International and welcoming team Beautiful, detail-oriented work environment Training and support If you are hands-on, reliable, independent and genuinely enjoy hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
