We are looking for a Communication Intern to join our buzzing team in London for six months.If you live and breathe cool marketing campaigns, talked-about brand partnerships and have a wealth of ideas for the next big disruptive event, we want to hear from you! The UK communications team currently oversees the branding, marketing, social, PR and events of our 8 restaurants in London, Birmingham and Manchester, and will oversee the opening of our first restaurant in Ireland this year. Your Mission:Aid the implementation of digital and physical marketing for Big Mamma Group across London, UK & Ireland. Working closely with the Communications Manager and Head of Communications, you will help on CRM implementation and digital marketing, local marketing activations, as well as key partnerships and events during the dynamic Christmas season. You will also assist in developing Big Mamma and the group’s brands digital presence through website, menus and content creation, as well as helping the UK Communications team with new restaurant openings. A 6-month internship during a fast paced growth stage of Big Mamma Group, working from our London office and with travel to Birmingham, Manchester and Dublin when needed.What You'll Do: Digital & Local Marketing: Help the Head of Communications in creative, trending, and disruptive local marketing campaigns to build brand loyalty, as well as KPI driven CRM and digital marketing to ensure repeat customers.Menus & Branding: Work across departments to launch new menu changes, whilst supporting on key branding assets for new openings.Partnerships & Events: Brainstorm and develop cool partnerships for key marketing dates, as well as leading on the implementation of events. PR: Support the Head of Communications UK with day-to-day PR tasks and collaborate with our PR agency.Community Management: Build strong relationships with our customers by responding to 100% of their queries and comments.Social Media Support: Support the Social Media Exec on any content creation and bring cool big ideas on key trends and moments across IG and TikTok. Who You Are:You are a born creative, passionate about brands, from fashion to food, and cool marketing activations that inspire.A strong communicator with excellent copywriting skills.Data-driven and a fast learner on digital softwares such as CRM, email marketing and Sevenrooms. Have a knack for photography, videography, and trendy digital content.A proactive team player who's eager to learn and make an impact.Fluent in English is necessary, plus some Italian and food knowledge is a plus.Eligible to work in the UK Our Offer6 months fixed-term employmentAnnual salary £30,500Mon-Fr, 9am- 6pm2 weeks probationary periodHoliday - You are entitled to 28 days per year + 8 Bank Holidays (total of 36 days) on a pro-rata basis.
