• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers at regional level, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives. • Partner with the various regional managers to understand their needs and develop HR programmes and initiatives that support business goals and objectives. • Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and make recommendations for improvement as needed. • Collaborate with the various HRBPs in HR to share best practices and coordinate global HR initiatives. • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and programmes. • Keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends in HR and make recommendations for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with HQ HR functional teams (compensation and benefits, labour relations, payroll, recruiting, etc.) to ensure the delivery of integrated HR services to the business. • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports.
