• Completed apprenticeship as a chef/cook EFZ or comparable three-year vocational training in gastronomy • Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a drive for excellence in all areas • Willingness to take responsibility and guide team members • Strong understanding of quality and hygiene • Proven experience as a Commis, ideally in the upscale segment • Enjoyment of variety, innovation, and sustainability • Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented • Very good English skills as the company language • Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment
