Introduction La Buvette Rubloz est située au cœur du domaine skiable de La Videmanette, au-dessus de Rougemont, et constitue un lieu de rencontre très apprécié des amateurs de sports d'hiver. Pour la gestion de notre charmant restaurant de montagne, nous recherchons pour la saison d'hiver 2026/27 Le Couple de Gérants engagé et doté d'un esprit entrepreneurial Aufgaben• Responsabilité globale de l'exploitation • Accueil chaleureux des clients et aide opérationnelle sur la terrasse et dans le restaurant • Formation et motivation de l'équipe, plan de travail et son contrôle • Garantie d'un service et d'un fonctionnement sans faille en cuisine • Gestion des marchandises, commandes et contrôle des stocks • Respect des normes de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité • Suivi du budget, du contrôle des coûts et de l'évolution du chiffre d'affaires • Développement de l'offre et garantie d'une expérience cohérente pour les clients Vos avantages• Un lieu de travail unique au cœur des montagnes • La gestion autonome et responsable d'un établissement bien établi • Un emploi saisonnier avec des conditions de travail attractives • Possibilité d'hébergement • La chance d'apporter votre touche personnelle dans l'environnement alpin, un des plus apprécié
Requisitos
• Formation professionnelle en restauration. (Apprentissage et/ou école hotellière) • Expériences dans la restauration, idéalement dans un poste de gérance • Esprit d'accueil et plaisir à interagir avec une clientèle et une équipe internationale • Esprit commercial et talent d'organisation • Résistance au stress et flexibilité (activité saisonnière, travail le week-end) • Esprit d'équipe, mentalité hands-on et être exemplaire • Très bonne maîtrise du français, autres langues appréciées Sorry, only EU / EFTA citizens possible as no permit of work for the others, thank you.
