Proven experience in a similar position in a comparable luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills and a genuine team player

Excellent command of English and at least one additional language (German or French)

Confident, professional and authentic manner – both verbally and in written communication

In-depth knowledge of the local culture and offerings is a major advantage

Thorough understanding of all front desk and concierge operations
