Einleitung Die Bergbahnen Destination Gstaad AG gehört zu den grössten Bergbahnunternehmungen im Berner Oberland. Neben den Bahnanlagen und Skipisten betreibt sie eigene Berghäuser und beschäftigt im Winter rund 480, im Sommer 220 Mitarbeiter. Der erlebnisreiche Bergsommer steht bei der Unternehmung ebenso im Fokus, wie das genussreiche und vielfältige Skigebiet. Unsere Gastronomie wächst und entwickelt sich weiter. Zur Sommersaison suchen wir zur Ergänzung unserer dynamischen, professionellen und freundlichen Küchenbrigade eine/n ausgebildete/n Koch/Köchin als CHEF DE PARTIE AufgabenMitgestaltung des Speiseangebotes Arbeiten und selbstständiges Führen eines Posten Einarbeitung der Jungköche Mitverantwortlich für Bestellungen / Lagerwirtschaft Konstanz in der hohen Qualität der Gerichte Hygienekonzept-HACCP einhalten und umsetzen Wir bietenAuf dich wartet eine interessante und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe in einem motivierten Team in einer der schönsten Ferienregionen der Schweiz. Requisitos
