IntroductionSiamo alla ricerca di un Membro dei Quadri, con comprovata esperienza, a cui affidare la posizione di Chef de Réception e Responsabile delle prenotazioni a partire dalla stagione estiva 2026. Si tratta di un posto annuale all'interno della nostra attività stagionale. Your tasksSarete responsabili della gestione del team all'interno del vostro reparto per il quale sarete la persona di riferimento. Vi occuperete dell'organizzazione del lavoro, della pianificazione dei turni di servizio, della formazione e della valutazione del team. Ci sarà molto da fare in stagione – un approccio “hands-on” è imprescindibile. In qualità di esperto/a del settore, sapete come porvi dinnanzi agli ospiti in un albergo storico a conduzione familiare; sapete cosa si aspettano i vostri ospiti e li sapete consigliate su domande e richieste. Requisitos
Avete completato una formazione alberghiera e avete un'ampia esperienza professionale nel front office, nelle prenotazioni e nel revenue management. La conoscenza di Protel PMS sarebbe un vantaggio, ma non è un prerequisito. È richiesta un'ottima conoscenza dell'italiano, del tedesco, dell'inglese e del francese sia parlati che scritti. Per la nostra vivace reception sono richieste buone capacità organizzative e di formazione dei propri collaboratori/trici. Il revenue management è ormai una presenza consolidata in albergo e viene costantemente affinato e migliorato in stretto contatto con la direzione.
