Für die Giardino Group suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n: Assistant Accounting Manager #aboutthejob• Ansprechpartner/in für alle buchhalterischen Anfragen des Teams und der Hotels • Steuerung und Überwachung aller Buchhaltungsbereiche (Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, Hauptbuchhaltung) • Bearbeitung der täglichen Korrespondenz • Kontrolle der Umsätze und Buchungen • Kontieren und Buchen der Banken und der Kreditoren inkl. Debitorenabstimmung • Erstellung und Kontrolle von wöchentlichen Zahlläufen • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen • Mitwirkung bei Sonderaufgaben und Projekten im Bereich Rechnungswesen • Steuerung und Kontrolle interner Prozessabläufe sowie deren Optimierung #weofferyou• Einen innovativen und gut organisierten Arbeitsplatz • Die Möglichkeit am Geschäftsalltag und der Unternehmensentwicklung teilzunehmen • Eine offene und transparente Kommunikation • Trinkgeldbeteiligung • Schulungen nach Deinen Interessen und zukünftigen Plänen • Teil einer zeitgemässen und charaktervollen Schweizer Hotelgruppe zu sein
Requisitos
• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen • Professioneller Umgang mit Gesprächspartnern sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Serviceorientierung • Strukturierte, sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise • Sicherer EDV-Umgang, insbesondere MS Office • Von Vorteil Kenntnisse Abacus und Protel • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Einen respektvollen Umgang mit Kollegen und Vorgesetzten
