We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner for a luxury private residence in Ibiza.
The ideal candidate has previous experience within luxury hospitality, high-end private households, boutique hotels, or luxury villas and takes genuine pride in maintaining exceptional standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Full housekeeping and cleaning of a luxury private villa
Maintaining immaculate presentation and attention to detail throughout the property
Laundry and ironing, including handling of luxury garments and delicate fabrics
Organising wardrobes and household areas
Monitoring household supplies and general household upkeep
Supervising and coordinating external service providers when required
Ensuring outdoor areas and the general environment around the house are always well maintained and presentable
Supporting smooth day-to-day household operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end private households
Exceptional eye for detail and cleanliness
Trustworthy, discreet, organised, and proactive personality
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards without supervision
Flexible and willing to occasionally work weekends when required
Valid driving licence and confident driver
Good communication skills in English and/or Spanish
