We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to ensure smoothness and quality of daily operations during a maternity cover period. If you are organized, rigorous and eager to learn and continously improve processes related to guest satisfaction, this role is ideal for you. You will oversee day to day Housekeeping operations across multiple buildings, ensuring high standards, optimizing resources and supplies, and supporting projects aligned with company priorities.
Working Mode: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal)
Responsabilities:
-Coordination of day to day housekeeping operations between different buildings and our clubhouse;
-High standard enforcement, optimization and development;
-Guaranteeing well maintained and optimized supplies;
-Monitor, supervise and find market suppliers;
-Participation in the department budget development;
-Implementing and operating defined standards across new and upcoming projects;
-Optimization of the team structure, turnover and motivation;
-Inventory control and optimization;
